The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for clients and is responsible for client satisfaction, retention and growth of client sales. The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
Account Manager will build relationships with clients to develop and encourage new and repeat business opportunities with existing clients as well as acquiring new clients in targeted industry area. The prospective candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process of quoting/bidding, negotiating, following up and closing the sales opportunities to ensure a profitable growth in the health care, education, or property management commercial market.
