The Outside Sales Representative serves as a key to targeting and closing new business accounts and is responsible for new client acquisitions and sales growth. The Outside Sales Representative is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to customers, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.

The Outside Sales Representative will hunt for and acquire new clients in targeted industry or geographic area. The Project/Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for clients once a project is ready for production and is responsible for permitting, collaboration with design and production, client satisfaction, retention and growth of client sales. The Project/Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure the highest quality.

Project/Account Manager will build relationships with existing clients to develop and encourage repeat business opportunities as well as acquiring new clients in targeted industry area. Sign Fabricators with experience cutting and finishing components from acrylic, sign foam, sintra, metal and multi-layer laminated surfaces and has experience using Gerber CNC routers, engravers, Braille machines, vinyl plotters, digital printing, table saws and other manufacturing methods. Develops and maintains CAD drawings using Gerber Art Path and Omega applications. Check work for errors, plotting sheets to avoid waste, schedule production of parts, maintains equipment. Must be able and willing to work overtime as requested.  All Sign Fabricators will be cross-trained in other department jobs and expected to help other departments with production as business demands require.
