The Project/Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for clients once a project is ready for production and is responsible for permitting, collaboration with design and production, client satisfaction, retention and growth of client sales. The Project/Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure the highest quality.
Project/Account Manager will build relationships with existing clients to develop and encourage repeat business opportunities as well as acquiring new clients in targeted industry area. The Project/Account Manager will be responsible for the entire sales process of quoting/bidding, negotiating, following up and closing the sales opportunities to ensure a profitable growth.
