This key role at Designer Sign Systems provides a point of contact, responsibility and accountability for the sign pricing process. The Estimator is responsible for cost estimates and studies and the integration of cost engineering activities throughout the organization. The Estimator will ensure that company initiatives and margin expectations are met by all DSS team members.
The ideal candidate will be an analytical problem solver with good inter-personal skills and many years of sign industry experience that includes deep and broad understanding of the materials and manufacturing processes for fabricating interior and exterior signs. This person is also comfortable in a deadline driven environment, is results-oriented, and overall interested in the Sales Team's success.

Digital Print & Vinyl Production
Designer Sign Systems is looking for an experienced Digital Printing Operator who has prior experience with eco-solvent and UV inkjet printing, pre-press setup including knowledge of various medias, creation of ICC profiles, color matching, operation and maintenance of wide format digital printers, and lamination. In this role, you will work closely with the Graphic Design Department to ensure that artwork quality, graphic layouts, and post production samples are defined and maintained to fulfill ongoing customer reorders and maintain consistency. In this position you will provide the single point of responsibility and accountability for quality, accuracy and production efficiency.
The ideal candidate enjoys producing high quality signs in a deadline driven & teaming environment, is results-oriented, and overall interested in the customers' satisfaction.

Account Manager
The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for clients and is responsible for client satisfaction, retention and growth of client sales. The Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
Account Manager will build relationships with clients to develop and encourage new and repeat business opportunities with existing clients as well as acquiring new clients in targeted industry area. The prospective candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process of quoting/bidding, negotiating, following up and closing the sales opportunities to ensure a profitable growth in the health care, education, or property management commercial market.

The Outside Sales Representative will hunt for and acquire new clients in targeted industry or geographic area.
